Shafi Degree college, established in 2010, is one of the eminent independent body in our town Bisalpur (Pilibhit). I am very pleased to see that Shafi Degree College is growing continuously from strength to strength with each passing year. It has also added many features to its head.
Our commitment is to provide a friendly atmosphere to the student where they can learn freely and find solutions to the day to day challenges of life and prosper to become the leader of coming generations. The college has also been intendment to promote fineness in education and academic development. Experts from the varied domains have been thoroughly screened selected and brought together to shape-up the careers of prospective students and instill in them the best of the domain. College must try to provide its student an atmosphere for multifaceted development, where students are encouraged to canalize their potential. This can be possible in a holistic, student centered environment. Students need to be provided a platform to think express and exhibit their skills. Good education system is one that helps each and every student to nurture his /her talents and overcome short comings by providing appropriate education.

Shafi Degree College is an independent body established in 2010, This institute got its affiliation from M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly in year 2010 for faculty of Commerce (B.Com.) and faculty of computer Science Application (B.C.A.). Aim of the institute to provide higher education of all over and to make contributing competent, disciplined, duteous motivated and patriotic citizen to whole life. It is our vision to remove the clouds of ignorance and warmly welcome to golden shining ray on powdery meadow in form of broad deep and pure knowledge. Then we can leads a noble and ideal life. Our teaching process is mainly based on motivation and encouraging to students We create disciplined, secured, relaxed and stress free environment. We also organize the co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Thus we realize that have found the new spectrum of divine knowledge.
