Shafi Degree college, established in 2010, is one of the eminent independent bodies in our town, Bisalpur (Pilibhit). I am very pleased to see that Shafi Degree College is growing continuously from strength to strength with each passing year. It has also added many features to its head. Our commitment is to provide a friendly atmosphere to the student where they can learn freely and find solutions to the day-to-day challenges of life and prosper to become the leaders of coming generations. The college has also been intending to promote fineness in education and academic development. Experts from the varied domains have been thoroughly screened and selected and brought together to shape up the careers of prospective students and instill in them the best of the domain. The college must try to provide its students with an atmosphere for multifaceted development where students are encouraged to canalize their potential. This can be possible in a holistic, student-centred environment. Students need to be provided a platform to think express and exhibit their skills. A good education system is one that helps each and every student to nurture his /her talents and overcome shortcomings by providing appropriate education.

Shafi Degree College enables students to develop their personalities and also equips the student to face the challenges of life. It will be the constant endeavour of Shafi Degree College to move the future in the true sprit of ability-driven education. The college will continue to provide holistic and quality education.
